Renewal Form

- We are excited to have you renew your parking pass with us! To renew your parking permit at St. Thomas, please fill out the below form. Every year we recylcle our data, so it is important that you enter in your information for us regardless of how long you have been parking with us. The cost of our parking pass this year will be $300 for active parishioners and $400 for non-parishioners. We require a $100 deposit to renew your parking pass for the 2022-2023 school year. Permits will be mailed to the mailing address that you provide below.
  
  When you receive your parking pass, please place it on your windshield on the driver side of the vehicle. Please read through the Parking Rules for our lot before renewing. They can be found on our Parking Permits page.
